❶ Reservations are only valid after payment and subject to availability; There will not be accepted in pre-booking. Without payment they are not considered... No exceptions. ❷ Seat on the bus is in order of registration/payment; ❸ Seats on the bus are available until sold out; ❹ Go On Travel Travel and Tourism Agency is registered with Turismo de Portugal Rnavt 8692 and it reserves it own right to change the program for the benefit of its customers; ❺ The trip takes place with a minimum of participants; ❻ Go On Travel is not responsible for anything related to sharing rooms, since they are singular reservations to be shared with third parties. ❼ All timings are always an approximation, however, participants are required to appear at least 5 minutes in advance at the boarding locations (at the place and on the day of the trip). GO ON TRAVEL gives a 5-minute tolerance, moving forward with the group, and it is the responsibility of each client to comply with the schedules. ❽ In any case, exceptions are made for delays resulting from technical or other reasons related either to the means of transport, road traffic, or to the transport companies; ❾ Go On Travel is not responsible if the customer is not at the place of departure at the indicated time, continuing the trip; Note the bus entry locations are the same as the exit locations without exception, there are no extra stops to drop off passengers. ❿ All times indicated may be subject to change by Go On Travel, that is, changes will be informed in advance up to 24 hours before the trip.
Cancellations: - Non-refundable values: Hotel reservations, transport, guides, theme parks, boats or others that are stipulated in the programs. - Bill No. 17/2018 Article 25 Termination of the travel contract organized by the traveler: If you don't show up at the place of travel or at the right time in the same way, you lose the value.
